Cam27
Like so many other Supra owners, the nylon worm gears that move the driver's power seat forward/back have stripped on my car. I ordered replacements from gamiviti in the states with the plan to replace the worn ones. The snag is that when it gave up the seat was all the way back as i was hoovering the car at the time, and the seat is physically covering the rear holding down bolts, so i am stuck as how to remove the seat to repair it. i have tried to force it forward but there is no leverage as it is hard against the rear seat, and i don't want to damage anything else in the process. Does anyone on here have any suggestions on how to get it out?

Cam27
Hi mate, thanks for the link. I have tried the mechanical method on the 10 & 12 mm hex bolts but they are just spinning.
