Thomas.B
Hey guys! So finally gotten to the stage where my car is driveable again but now I have a issue with the idle when slowing down and changing gears. Car has a solid and good idle when standing still etc. Any pointers to start at? Its a Single running 500rwhp and everything else works really well. Thanks! Thomas.B
Any input here? Haven't really had time to do anything else with the car but hopefully will this weekend. I've had a slight oil leek that also came a little on the BOV, can this be causing it? Maybe just try and drive it a whole day when i get the time and see if it gets better? Ian C
It might be overfuelling - what's the AFRs at idle? Also, the TPS might not be adjusted enough to trip the IDL switch in it and tell the ECU to use the idle strategy.
Thomas.B
Ian: I'll check this during the weekend, thanks! Just waiting on my new hard drive for my car computer so I can upload the MAP to the car and try that first, car has been sitting most of 3 years with a few startups during the build.
