Hey guys, considering doing this, asked before but would like another opinion. Would I be able to keep the ecu in the engine bay? And would the ecu be able to control the auto gearbox currently in the car?

Yeah I think Hodge gave this a go and vowed never again, there's a lot of small differences that are a pain to sort.

Basically, stop trashing Aristo's

You need a supra VVTI Engine harness which will make the job so much easier

 

They are just very rare and hard to get hold

 

I do have one here if you are going ahead with it

 

You also need

 

complete supra rear sump setup

PS Pump

Ac compressor

Single wire temp sensor from water neck

Turbo Oil return rubber pipes and union for the sump

Lambda Sensor

 

Some of this you can use from your current engine if you need to

Cheers for the replies guys. I know it's a difficult job but it still seems easier than NA-T. Plus the Aristo engine is much cheaper than a supra one. I'll read up more on it but does anyone know if the supra auto box is compatible?
