Dim Sum
I am currently looking to get a oil sandwich plate to fit two sensors into. I am currently looking at getting this from speedflow: http://www.speedflowshop.co.uk/universal-oil-sandwich-plate-kit---tvc50-1384-p.asp I was wondering if anyone used this company and if it is any good? Or anyone can recommend another oil sandwich plate.

Chris Wilson
Faye Fischer who runs Speedflow's UK operation is a drag racer who has run at at a semi professional level and her knowledge of hoses and fittings is excellent. If anyone is unsure as to what they need she's more than qualified to advise. I have used her for hydraulics and pneumatics for years and years. She doesn't sell junk, so you can be sure they will be fine quality. Having said that I am NOT a fan of using sandwich plates with their added restriction unless vital. Can't you put the sensors elsewhere?
inazone
Chris what's your feelings on the oil filter relocation kits. As changing the oil filter on a TT is a nightmare without a lift.
Attero
I bought a mishimoto one. Haven't fitted it yet but seemed super high quality and can take two sensors.

Just move the PAS reservoir if you want to change the filter from above.

I was thinking of deleting the charcoal filter, could it go there?
Chris Wilson
I meant just undo the 3 bolts and move it slightly to one side whilst you change the filter, then bolt it back up again after

Any particular reason for not moving it out of the way perminately?
Chris Wilson
No real reason, its base would need to be higher than the top of the PAS pump.

Also I need to PM you maybe tomorrow, I brought a seal from you last year and I forgot what that seal was for lol.
