cashpoint
Saw the prodigy at the Mayfair (now been knocked down turned into The GATE) in Newcastle while I was a Uni, liked them before. A ticket came up the day of the gig so went along. Great show was buzzing for the next few days because of it and no drugs were involved. SkyJawa
Speaking of No Good, listened to that again the other day for the first time in ages - thats another cracking tune, in fact, they'd had quite a few
SupraStar 3000
only seen the prodigy once. First 5 minutes of the show, all the amps triped out due to sound levels and after the restart 15 minutes later they had to stop to sort out crawd problems. you'd think that would have spoilt the gig. NOPE, still was a legendary performance
attilauk
i have the show on at work at the moment Charlie says always tell your mummy before you go outside... jilted generation and experience were brilliant, by far their best stuff
Willson
TUUUUUNNNNNEEEEEEE!!!!! I think "The Experience " was definatly their best album followed by Fat of The Land. Experience for me too. But I much prefer their (his) older ravey stuff to the later stuff. My favourite Prodigy tune ever is G-Force, the original mix on the b-side of Everybody in the place. Also Your Love original mix. Blinding. Liam Howlett is in my top 5 musician/producers of all time, with Scott Brown, Bradley Carter, Sharkey and Ferry Corsten So were their any highlights to the Radio 1 session ? Green Peace
Yep thats the one i bought 'Spitfire' just sounded like one of their albums i bought back in 1997 (again as driving music to Spain) I blasted it out all around the villages and towns of Andalucia...at all hours...on the way to the clubs..on the way back..during thier Siesta (is that the right spelling..well rhymes with Fiesta so must be) When i returned to the UK..the BBC news were running a story on the news saying the Spanish people where up in arms about English car drivers playing music at all hours on their installs....oh dear (absolutely true..no fibs..straight up) Soooo cant play the prodigy in spain again especially if it sounds the same as previous albums coz I will get banged up in a Spanish prison and you know what will happen to me in there ..coz I'm only small. Any way listen Kate Bush releases her latest album 'Arial' soon its really good coz blah blah blah ok ok I know....... :spanish:
