ripped_fear
So my other half came back from her leaving doo this morning, after staying at a mates house. This is what I'm presented with..... Absolutely livid, we only got this car a few months back for her to start her new job, and she starts Monday. Ignoring the dirt on it curently, its was a tidy car, and we paid a bit extra for it as it was in such good condition. Now mugins here as another job to do! Jealous Scum bags. Pete
Annoying isn't it? Our brand new i30 was reversed into and left when it was barely one month old.
Annabella
Just put white tape both sides and it'll have go faster stripes.
ripped_fear
Annoying isn't it? Our brand new i30 was reversed into and left when it was barely one month old. Such a crap place we live these days huh. Hard to have nice things, its not even like its a special car, they just decided to walk the street and do the line of cars. I wish I could get my hands on them. My daily has been swiped a couple of times now and the old supra sustained many a parking ding when she was dailyed. The reason I never take the supra to public car parks now. Just put white tape both sides and it'll have go faster stripes. If it was straighter and higher I would have tried somthing. Would look crap. Got a touch up made up now, so will do that to stop rust but a repaint is going to be needed.
Chris Wilson
I have to say short of "not being able to open a door" sort of damage I'd be hard pressed to tell if anything new had happened to my car! I have noticed people tend not to park next to it in Tesco's car park, although I am usually very considerate of nice cars parked in door denting range of mine. hogmaw
Shame they did this, it's just not right. They should have keyed those gold supercars owned by the Arabs in London. Now that IS right.
evinX
Annoying isn't it? Our brand new i30 was reversed into and left when it was barely one month old. No way! our i30 was reversed into barely a month old to. Luckily i was outside the day after and saw someone going around knocking on doors, i cornered him and asked if he knew anything about a car being hit in the area, not telling which one. And he admitted to hitting a car in the early house...'not seeing it' i went to have a look at his van and behold his white paint was on our bumper and our paint was on his. cered
in the pics it looks faint, take it to a detailer and see if they can polish out most of it
Hammer
That's so annoying Jake, nothing new I'm afraid, just part of the scum mentality that exists in this country. Don't get it such a pointless thing to do.
ATB
God that's so awful, that's the reason my Supra sits in the garage more then being used! Some people are jerks!
Sanya
It's a pity they get away with that... Someone reversed in our car a week ago too, minor paint damage but bumper moved and would not pop back to place, annoying...
Dnk
A whole row of cars were keyed a little while ago where I live, think in the end they did 15 including my BMW, most were the whole length of the cars. I don't think it's jealousy to be honest, just brain dead morons that needed more discipline when they were kids
ripped_fear
So decided to tackle it today, spent 3 hours, 2000 wet and dried the area, them compounded it back up, got the scratch out of the rear quarter and the rear door but half the front door and wing were not polish-able. I touched up the scratch then re compounded it to just leave paint in the scratch the result wasnt too bad actually.

formatzero
I have to say short of "not being able to open a door" sort of damage I'd be hard pressed to tell if anything new had happened to my car! I have noticed people tend not to park next to it in Tesco's car park, although I am usually very considerate of nice cars parked in door denting range of mine. Yes I have found this since getting my 16 year old Honda last year,my life is a lot less stressful in supermarket carparks
Flan
Worried about this happening to my car as I don't have a garage. Already been keyed when the previous owner had it so I got a bit of a steal considering I can get resprays for free. Just the point tho. Hitbox Junkie
That's horrid. I really don't understand what goes through people's heads sometimes. Was it parked near any cameras? How deep is the key? Sad sad times
SupraP-Z
As mentioned before - i dont think its jealousy. People who have no respect for other peoples property (especially cars) need to be shot. Someone keyed my supra in my drive across the whole rear quarter panel, ive left it as it needs a full respray anyway. Im actually scared to get a respray due to this foolishness, will be a complete waste of time effort and money for someone to wipe it away within a second. I wish there was a way to catch these people. Id keep track of them, see who they are where they live, then scratch their car. If they are too young to own a car, wait for them to grow up and take your revenge years down the line Think its only fair that it gets done to them, what they did to you/your property, eye for an eye and all. They will probably be putting up a post on their own forum about somebody scratching their car. Serves them F*cking right.
