markssupra
What would anyone recommend as the best spark plugs for rebuilt engine and first startup. Copper? Im using my original Iridium's at the moment to plug the holes, Denso IK22.
Pig
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?41927-FAQ-Spark-plugs&highlight=alex+spark+plugs I always refer back to this thread for normal use. I once threw a tip mapping on a HKS Iridium so will never map on them again. First start up...I have no idea mate. Copper is a good shout as if fowl them up they are cheap to replace. Chris Wilson
Why do people consider a first start up any different to the 2396th start up? The plug knows nor cares.... If it's built and installed right it will fire up and run, immediately, and the mapper will be on the keyboard to bring the mixture into a stable fast idle within a few seconds.
