Tricky-Ricky
Just remove butterfly, saw off the stubs, and get the resulting holes welded up.

Kev.O
The throttle needs to be removed, which shouldn't take more than 10 minutes if you haven't done it before.

Jellybean
Thanks just talking to Aristo now just realised the Manifold has a OEM temp sensor , would It be worth getting a threaded port in the Blank off plate?
Kev.O
Thanks just talking to Aristo now just realised the Manifold has a OEM temp sensor , would It be worth getting a threaded port in the Blank off plate? Yours has a temp sensor fitted? I was under the impression the temp sensor would be used for aftermarket ECU's. I know I had to get a sensor welded and drilled into the manifold when I went down the AEM route.
