far
its just a business PC for one of the staff, office stuff really, large media files, not gaming, nothing special F
binfieldx
£909 seems a bit steep for that!
Mike2JZ
The only gripe I have with that spec is that there is no SSD. Also that graphics card is a tad overkill for general office work, unless you do a lot of image rendering/editing
JasonR24
For a business PC that's well over specd, that graphics card is for fairly heavy rendering. I would get one cheaper with an SSD
Ric
Yeah seems a bit steep
far
oh it connects three monitors and we do work with some fairly large PDFs and print media - - - Updated - - - found it cheaper here: https://www.ballicom.co.uk/vfy-w5500w77aggb-fujitsu-celsius-w550.p1186103.html?ref=PLA&gclid=CjwKEAjwlfO3BRDR4Pj_u-iO2U0SJAD88y1SxtdYSawcKc2HEapmEuojgwif2lleTNpNxr2dNx8U7xoCr5rw_wcB
Tsia
PDFs wouldn't even wake that graphics card up. As everyone else has said, cheaper pc with an SSD would be a safer bet!
supra_ufo
SSD is a must as its the bottle kneck in performance Maybe get the 1TB as extra storage. Hope your doing backups too?
Annabella
Standard Skylake dual core pentium @ 3.3GHz, with a Gigabyte b150 Board would suffice, 8 ddr3l and a 120 Kingston ssd. That would power two screens. Check connectivity of the monitors. Cost less than £350. If you were nearer I'd build it for you and install. It's what I do. far
will that run two large 34in screens? - if you have a business doing this please let me know.
Wez
will that run two large 34in screens? - if you have a business doing this please let me know. Screen size doesnt matter, its the res that counts, you could have 60" screens if they are they still 1080p then its no different to running a 24". What are the res of your 34" screens? Fuji are great business machines, I always recommend them but that does look a little over spec for the requirements you listed.

They are an odd resolution as they sit between HD and 4K being 21:9 aspect ratio, pretty much any modern graphics adapter can drive a couple of 4K screens for normal desktop use it shouldnt be too much of struggle to find something in a lower price bracket, if the machine can drive two 4K you will be fine. far
cheers dude, wheres the best place nowadays to spec up desktops? our outsourced IT support got us quotes which were crazy high and pointless by the looks of it F
Wez
I still use EBuyer, Scan and OverClockers for most bits, not used Dabs in a long time. There is also Misco but not had any dealings with them myself.
Mike2JZ
Don't forget amazon, normally their prices are as competitive as the ones mentioned above and if you have amazon prime, next day free delivery. I've used overclockers for years, but been cheating on them with amazon as prices can be lower when postage is factored in
Annabella
What Wez said, Scan, they can spec and ready build for you. Gfx for example https://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-gainward-gtx-950-pcie-30-%28x16%29-6610mhz-gddr5-gpu-1026mhz-boost-1190mhz-cores-768-dp-12-hdmi-20-d is more than adequate to power your monitors, just check connectivity........ says in the spec of each gfx card what monitor connections it can handle. For the prices you were origiannly going to pay you could buy a third complete set of parts to hot swap if needed and still have change. Parts don't tend to go wrong as much as they used too as long as you buy the better brands like Gigabyte boards etc.
Wez
Looking in the manual those monitors support thunder bolt pass through, as long as your chosen GFX supports it and has sufficient grunt and memory you can connect both monitors to the PC with a single cable, you then connect one monitor to the other using thunder bolt
Wez
Nice review from Linus showing a game with a MKIV on it And the newer curved version that you are looking at :-
