nowak
Hi there i am thinking about going turbo with my supra, and obviously am gonna need some sort of ecu to control it, i have read a lot of people use the emangae blue, i have done some of my own research and found the APEXi NEO i was wondering if anyone have heard of it or used it instead of the piggyback ecu's? mellonman
Well in short it could work at best not very well, as you would have to retard the timing across the hole rpm to not get det , dont get me wrong it does what it does well but for your tuning needs you need somthing that can control timing not just the fuel,

nowak
Cheers for the reply, unfortunatly i cant afford a standalone just now, think al just need to stick with the blue or maybe the ultimate.
Shane
http://www.ecumaster.com/en/products/digital-ecu-tuner-3 Take a look at this. It offers timing adjustment too and can control boost as well as fueling. OK so its not a syvecs and will never be so, bit imo it offers great features for a great cost. Very popular elsewhere in the Eu and a growing forum with good assistance. I played with a MAP1 ecu and also a SAFC2 before this and this is streets ahead.
