I know r154 and 6speed flywheel are diffrent to auto box flywheel but not too sure about the auto and w58 ,could anyone help me to get this right please Thanks Edited March 25, 2016 by shervin_ice (see edit history)
David P
Manual flywheels and clutches are horses & carriages, you need a flex-plate & torque-converter compatible with the automatic transmission. Note that an N/A box won't take T.T. power and a T.T. box won't work with N/A ECU. Check out the link in my signature for more info. Im using the tt auto box and i do have torque converter on it already just wanted to know if the flywheel are the same as w58 ,so really i need a tt auto flywheel (flex-plate) or can i just use a na flywheel or is it too weak for tt? David P
Manual gearbox has a flywheel, automatic transmission has a flex-plate.
