MBA-Supra11
A guy wants to buy my NA Supra mk4, manual, 97,000 miles on the clock for £14,000. This is my first Supra and only 2nd car ever but this seems like a great deal. What do you guys think? and What could I buy for the money to replace my baby. Westy
Is it an SZ-R with a getrag V160 manual transmission or a 5 speed SZ?
ripped_fear
Sounds far to good to be true especially as it's a pre facelift so assuming it's a 5 speed. Either way if it's genuine sell it quickly imo
a98pmalcolm
Either he is on drugs or you are. You know how much you bought the car for so you know how much profit you would be making.....
Style
Looks pre-facelift on the outside so must be a 5spd. Something's not right. Either you've genuinely been offered that money but the guy was jesting/drunk/high/ or we have a troll in the house

KamaSupra
Does he realise it's an NA and not a TT? As he might think all Supras are TTs or he has looked up the price of a Supra and thinks it's a TT manual, so offering £14k? If he knows it's NA and he's offering that kind of money.... Rip his hand off and run!! Years back I thought all Supras were TT, I never realised they made non turbos

mc92
I'd say be careful it isn't a scam of some kind People do it in America on Craigslist, they offer over asking price and pay with some kind of fake cheque which won't cash.
