Anyone running pre-facelift clear indicator lenses?

So, I'm getting my pre-facelift lights modified by club member (hobbyist) and I will be incorporating my sidelights into my chrome rings.

To that end I wont be using the small sidelights for now but I will be using the original indicators. I was going to go facelift headlights, sidelights and indicators but this is a cost saving excercise and I actually like how it will look when it's finished, so the question stands, is there clear lenses available for the pre-facelift indicators and can I put an orange led bulb in them without cuasing too many issues and still pass an MOT?

Cheers for any help and/or photos of similar set ups.

Ebay has a load of them. I have facelift clear front indicators and pre facelift clear side indicators with orange bulbs. The side ones are a direct replacement, fronts need a new hole drilled into an oem front bumper for the additional mount. Had mine for years, they are still good now.

You can run any headlight cluster you like, but you'd need a facelift front sidelight loom for the side lights to plug in at the front. No change for the side lights in the front wings which was your original question ;)

Something like this, there are a few varying lens designs if you browse about.

these are the front ones that need a bit more wiring if you have a prefacelift.
