Sheefa
Bump. Turbo and headlights sold. Injectors on hold. UK Manual Large Case Slip Differential - now reduced to £250. Just the differential for sale and not the empty case etc. 6 Puk clutch, easily handled 580fwhp, no idea on make but will check when removed and price accordingly. £200. Sheefa
Clutch is totally destroyed so ignore that! Diff reduced to £200. This is a large case manual diff but just the internals. Good working order. Collection from SRD.

Collection from SRD. Maybe an inappropriate question, but how easy would it be to get my hands on a large case diff shell without the internals? Unfortunately I have a small case diff. Also what's needed to swap from small case to large case, driveshafts too? Prop?

A complete large tt6 diff is £1000 upwards now. Driveshafts and propshaft are different.

I've not looked around much obviously, but it wouldn't be easy that's for sure although Parry (Chris) doesn't know what he's talking about. There was a large case knackered diff on eBay a couple of months back and obviously auto large difference come occasionally from breaking etc. Depends really. You could try and source other parts or buy new.....

But seeing as I know nothing unless that came with the ring and pinion in tact it's useless with the parts you have anyway
David P
Building a diff is a work of art, if you go down that route, factor in the cost of paying a man who can.

Maybe just another small case diff for now, or if I can get the money together then an Os Giken
