teddan
I am under way to install my 4 point harness. The rear fixing point will be in my cage but unfortunately the plan to was attach the lap belts to the original seat belt mounting holes on the floor with a couple of 7/16" UNF eyebolts was not possible at the center consol side, only to the door side. How did you guys do it for the lap belts?
charlton
I didn't fit mine but I think my mounting holes were re-threaded slightly larger to accommodate some high tensile bolts. I don't have pics to hand but can get some tomorrow if that helps?
teddan
Sorry for the late reply! I tried to read all rules regarding this and my conclusion is that the factory holes on the sides will not fulfil the requirement that the belts should be in an angle of 45 degrees backwards. ashloys
I'd also be interested in this. I've a set of Takata harnesses sitting here from an old car I'd like to fit whenever I get some new bucket seats in the future!
