Swampy442
Its almost upon us, the 2016 moto GP season! Who do you fancy for the titles? Can Danny Kent step up to Moto 2 on the second time of asking? Sam Lowes performed well. Scott Redding is looking hot in pre season testing on the Octo Pramac Duke, Will Cal stop throwing it up the road? Can Bradley save his ride for next season? Maverick Vinales turned in some great times in pre season. Will Casey Stoner make a miraculous return? Moto 3's only Brit John McPhee looks to be having a rough time in testing, as does last season prodigy Quartararo.
Rajinder
The picture will be much clearer after the first race. MM has a very good chance this season. DP is not consistent and that is what wins you the titles. One thing is for sure it will be very exciting can't wait for the first race. Style
I'd say Rossi had his chance last year and won't be up to much for this season and next when he'll retire. Can't see past a Lorenzo/Marquez fight at the front. I do hope we at least see a Casey Stoner wild card race on a Ducati this season! Rajinder
Nobody rides a Moto GP bike like Casey Stoner, poetry in motion and I hope we see him in a few races this year. What a treat it will be for us.
Swampy442
Im not sure re Rossi, he has the talent in spades, the ability, its just whether his body can keep up in my eyes. One big high side or spill and it could be all over. You can never discount a man who's won so much in a long and distinguished career though. I don't know, Ive a feeling a Ducati will be up there this season, be it crazy Joe or Redding. Just a feeling

Mind you, that's Rossi's style so you may be right! All these brand new electrics and changes to the bikes may throw up some surprise results as well. I'd love to see Ducati up there, Crazy is due at least a win this season
Rajinder
Qualifying in progress on BT Sport. Let's sit back and enjoy.
ScottC
Wowzers! Those wings on Lorenzo's bike are mooooooohooosive! On the plus side the new camera angles are pretty cool
Rajinder
The season has not even begun yet and there is antagonism between Lorenzo and Rossi. Anyone watching the qualifying would know what I mean. This will make the season very exciting, let's see what happens in the race tomorrow.
MRX
That was a race and a half... going to be some butt kicking at Ducati...
Swampy442
Im so gutted for Redding, it was going so well! And for the Suzukis But yeah Ducati are going to be fuming, all Iannone's fault
Dnk
Lorenzo to Ducati
MRX
Lorenzo to Ducati Yeah that ones a surprise!
Swampy442
How will he hang on?! Also, I love that Argentina circuit, always throws up great racing. What I didn't get though is Moto 3 were happily pounding around on slicks on a wet but drying track. Moto GP bike strays a foot offline onto the only wet patch on the track, straight down the road. Rajinder
Time Ducati introduced team orders. Iannone spoilt the race not only for Ducati but the fans as well. He is a wild one. If Roseberg had done that to Hamilton he would have been hung.
Dnk
I don't think it spoilt the race, it was the last lap and the race was virtually over, Iannone just made a bad call Bring in team orders and you'll turn Moto gp into F1, no thanks The race was spolied by having to make the pit stop due to the tyre concerns
Style
Lorenzo has just signed on the dotted line for Ducati next season. Nice to see a little shuffle around at the top. Unfortunately that means Dovi or Crazy will lose their ride at Ducati and probably end up on a Suzuki while Vinales takes Lorenzo's spot at Yamaha. Swampy442
Dovi to Suzuki, Vinales to Yamaha. Still a spare seat at Tech 3 Yamaha with Smith moving to KTM next season
Style
I heard about the results of this weekend but missed the race. The winner went start to finish pretty uncontested so is it worth watching? Moto2's and 3's sound like races I'll watch back though, well in Sam Lowes!
JamieP
It was a boring race tbh, as you know who won its not really worth watching. good result for Rossi.
Style
Thanks JP, won't bother then Moto 3's it is then

Rajinder
Fantastic race and great result. Shame Iannone got a bad start could have won the race. A photo finish. How often does that happens in F1.

Dnk
Shame Rossi's motor let go as that robbed us of a battle for sure
