Jellybean
Search but could not find an answer , is this just a straight drop in or is there an issue with the 2jzgte sump hitting subframe ect? Anything needs modding or swapping with the 2JZGE? Would an Aristo 2JZGTE have its own set of problems versus a MK4 2JZGTE ? trebor69
AFAIK you just need the engine loom and ecu too.....as long as its not from an Aristo. You would then want to consider brakes and suspension oh and there is a rev counter mod too. Downpipe will differ from an N/A, you need igniter, I/C and power steering res. Aristo GTE differs a lot, do a search as it's been asked before (recently too). Edited March 10, 2016 by trebor69 (see edit history)
Dr_Doom
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?136136-NA-to-TT-engine-transplant-step-by-step-guide-(Pic-heavy) All the info you need including parts list is in that thread. If you're fitting the 2JZ GTE engine from an Aristo into a Supra then you will need to change the sump as it catches on the subframe. A TT engine from a Supra will be a straight fit.
