Chris Wilson
So, how long did it take him to get this good....? https://video.xx.fbcdn.net/hvideo-xaf1/v/t43.1792-2/12827867_784098858362096_694050193_n.mp4?efg=eyJybHIiOjE1MDAsInJsYSI6MTg1NCwidmVuY29kZV90YWciOiJzdmVfaGQifQ%3D%3D&rl=1500&vabr=1000&oh=94af710f54ea93a18cd66d73acbee876&oe=56E17238
David P
It makes a pleasant change to see a chisel edge sable in old-money action, instead of the stick-on plastic cr@p that has put most sign-writers & coach builders out of work. I taught this job for 20 years before the plastic stick-on sh!t came along.
JasonR24
Impressive! Need a real steady hand to do that!
David P
My Grandad had Parkinsons shaky hand disease yet was a Grade "A" sign-writer, he used to reckon that his shaking hands helped the paint flow off the brush and he could get on with the job faster. The long squirrel tail bristles work like a shock absorber and take the undulations out of the stroke, I could never keep up with him! I don't have a steady hand and can't draw a straight line to save my life
David P
Correctly charged long soft bristles given a steady draw with paint at the perfect viscosity is the secret.
