Battery draining problems...

Paul, can you post the part/model number ?

Yeah Peter, it's a Bosch 'Silver' battery, no part number on paperwork, will look for number in the morning.

Looked at their website and the 'Silver' means it's the new Calcium Silver technology (sounds good? :looney: ), maintenance free too.

I think the CC on this one is 480 which I think ain't bad.

As I said, it fits in the tray OK but sits 20mm lower than the clamp...spacer would look fine though or maybe they even do one taller?

That's what I was thinking, so, was going to look/take measurements of yours (reason for Q on PN#) in my local Costco and use that as a starting point.

Then look around to see if there are any a little taller aided with my measuring stick :)

Peter,

had a look tonight and it says '6C' on the top, I assume this is the number but all others are hidden under my temporary clamp mod (bit of old wood)

If this relates then great, if not then I'll be able to remove the clamp and write down all info on Friday if that's OK.

And yes, it's the same as Costco do because I've seen them over there, problem I had was a knackered battery so needed to sort it there and then and £55 wasn't a bad price IMO.
