Nic
The fit is the same on all RHD MKIV Supra models. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Supra-93-98-JZA80-93-5-99-RHD-Only-MBCS-JDM-Master-Brake-Cylinder-Stopper-/371513280951?hash=item567feac9b7:g:-woAAOSwsFpWRiYQ http://topspeedauto.com/toyota-supra-93-98-jza80-93-5-up-blue-mbcs-jdm-master-brake-cylinder-stopper/ http://elitejdm.com/products/1046/ Alternatively there is the Carbing front strut brace which has a built in BMC stopper. Kendo11
Whats the major benefit of these, just reduced brake pedal travel? sold out Also, me and Swampy know these guys so I'll message now and ask if they're still doing them.
Nic
Whats the major benefit of these, just reduced brake pedal travel? Get a friend to press the brake pedal whilst idling and you'll see how the brake master cylinder flexes on the firewall, the stopper effectively braces the BMC and stops this flex. You get a noticeably firmer pedal feel and more of the braking effort is transmitted to the calipers. A cheap but very effective modification. Nic
Carbing strut brace with built in BMC stopper, they do different versions of these for the NA and TT (the cross brace is positioned differently to clear the NA intake).
Nic
Modified TRD strut brace to include a BMC stopper. It'd be better with something on the end to spread the load squarely against the BMC (like the Cusco one).
