Fitting passenger upper glove box carbon gauge cover

Crash Bandicoot

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I've recently bought said carbon cover with 3 gauge slots, I have the upper passenger glovebox (rhd) not the airbag. I've taken this to bits and found that the plastic cover that sits behind the face panel that you see when sat in the passenger seat does correctly fit the cover, however, this will not screw/be secured back to the unit without the face part that has the lock mechanism.

Do I need a passenger airbag unit to achieve a good (less work) fit of the gauge holder?

What ways have you guys that have done this achieved a nice looking end piece?

Thanks in advance

Jay
