Supra_RZ
Welcome to the club. I'm in two minds whether this is someone on the wind up or a genuine very lucky owner lol. Definetly up for more pics as well, would love to see you car. I too thought the RZ was a twin turbo as well with the GTE block and not the GE block, can you confirm what engine you have please. Thanks and look forward to your build thread. No this isn't a wind up lol, I was just really scared to join the club before, because I haven't got a twin turbo engine. About the RZ model thing, when I got the car, on the documents it states as it being an RZ model, however when I went to insure it on my mum's name, it said that such car does not exist, so the only option was the SZ. Insurance wise its under SZ, but in the documents it says that its a RZ model. I was confused my self. But I spoke to another Supra owner with the same specs and he said that I'm not the only one with an RZ 2jz-GE.

There was never an RZ non turbo, unless for some weird reason it's been converted to non-turbo
Supra_RZ
Okay i got home and I have just checked it... It was my mistake guys I am incredibly sorry. It's an SZ model with an LSD. Once again I strongly apologize for the confusion. I want to ask a question... Recently as the car was on the road, the seering wheel keeps shaking and going left and right a lot, on the motorway its incredibly hard to keep it in lane even at 55mph. Guys can you please tell me what the issue might be? Because Everywhere I go, everyone says that the car has no issues, but come on we have other cars, and they do not shake like that. Thank you so much in advance!

It's so kind of you - - - Updated - - - I wish my mum would pay for an NA-T conversion Looking forward to see some pics of the car. Hehe yes I am lucky in deed. I will post a couple of pictures of the car now

mc92
"Pass me if you can" sticker on an NA That's amusing. Seems nice enough. Steering wheel shaking at high speeds could be wheel balance, if you take it to a tyre shop they can do that for you. You could also check for play in the suspension. The nice thing about Supras is that they're easy to take apart if you're interested in learning how to repair cars.

I have already went to the garage shop to get the wheels balanced, but it still has the same issue. It's incredibly annoying, because its literally impossible to keep it in lane. I don't know where else to go.
Guest Roger E.N
Don't worry about the odd welcome you have received, I had a similar new person experience the other week with people taking the mick, although you do have a NA so it seems in some childish minds you deserve it. Thank you very much ! I am incredibly sorry to hear that you didn't receive a good welcome. And it's okay . I am used to always getting the mick taken out of me. But I always see it in a positive way. Life is hard, but I have a dream for my Supra, and I will achieve it. This car means a lot to me, for me it doesn't matter if it has 16 turbos... The car just means a lot to me
JordanC
Fair play to you for having a supra at 17! I wish I could have afforded that, I know the local corsa/clio boys around here would've been jealous as hell. Looks like a nice one too, who cares about it being an NA. Will be a right bitch to insure I can tell you that much. Welcome to the club
MATT RR
Shame you put your club name as Supra RZ and not SZ......you may as well buy an RZ now

Yes there a loads of people who hate me and that are jealous. But I am not here to show off, I am just here because I want to be part of the club that's all . Yes you are right about the insurance , especially when I put the single turbo conversion , but as long as I get good enough grades in As Levels (College) my mum will be more than pleased to fulfill my dream Supra that I want . Thank you so much again Jordan
Supra_RZ
Shame you put your club name as Supra RZ and not SZ......you may as well buy an RZ now hahaha oh yes it was my mistake, it's just that everywhere I went people claimed it to be an RZ model. But I am happy with this car. I can always ask my mum to buy me another Supra, but the supra i have now just feels special, it's very hard to explain, but in other words I love my Supra. All the haters can say all they want, but I will never stop loving my supra .
Attero
Will need deep pockets for a real RZ. Shaking could be a number of things including suspension, brakes, balancing/alignment, wheels, etc. You need to get it checked by someone who actually knows a thing or two about cars. Not someone who will just shrug you off.

Because the wheel alignment and balancing has been checked, no issues there. If you have anyone please let me know
Attero
Not really sure on your closest supra specialist but any decent garage should be able to spot your problem to be honest. Just ask around for any decent garages. There will be plenty of tuning garages who will gladly help out.

Just spoke to your mum on Facebook about this car [emoji6] seems you have indeed got yourself the coolest mum ever! Hehe Thank you Alex! Yes I am very lucky that I have such a wonderful mother . By the way I know your car from facebook, its a really great and powerful head turning car . I chose the same colour as yours. Yours is beautiful so i decided to get the same colour

I will have a look around, because this definitely needs fixing, because it won't be very helpful when I have 550bhp . Thank you so much again. Attero
If you want that sort of power, you would need to consider everything else on the car first. Ensuring that your car is in fully working order is not enough. It needs to be built for the power. Research is important. Also, with your limited (if any) driving experience, you may want to consider waiting to put extra power into the car. You are essentially carving your own coffin with that sort of power and experience put together.

I really love big power, but my mum was really worried about what you said above, that's why she got me an NA Supra. You are right I have no experience. I will definitely need a lot of experience and drifting lessons until I can drive the car. But my mum will drive it when we put the turbo kit on until i feel comfortable to drive it my self. I don't want to end up crashing my Supra, not because I will have to spend a lot of money on repairing it, money is not an issue, is the fact that I don't want to destroy a car which the whole world respects. Toyota Supra cars deserve to be respected and appreciated properly, so I will be very careful .
