DBR
has anyone got any suggestions for making black leather like new again (apart from re-trim!!?), a cleaning/refurb solution........ ta
Kev.O
I asked at a leather manufacturing company once and the only thing they recommended was to have them 'resprayed' as the polish apparently don't work!
DBR
im sure there was a post on here recently about some good leather stuff but i mcant find it
dangerous brain
Zymol leather cleaner and conditioner is what I use on my alcantara and leather retrim. For general cleaning Lord sheraton leather wipes work well and smell really good. For recolouring I'm sure you can get leather dyes to put the black back into worn areas. Call the G&B retrimmers they may be able to point you in the right direction of more industrial solutions.

CJ
Easy to use direct on Alcantara?
dangerous brain
Yep absolutely fantastic. It got a massive oil hand print I got on the door card off in seconds flat. I sprayed it straight on and rubbed clean with a lint free cloth.

Kev.O
I bought some leather renovator from an on-line company called woolies (Link above). I've used it today and the outcome is brilliant, highly recommended. Big thank you to Dale.B and merckx for finding the thread!
Dale B
Its really good stuff aint it. Mine have been done for 10months now and still look great. I clean the leather every couple of weeks and feed once a month, but the original "wollies" treatment is still as good as when I first applied ... definately recommend to anyone that cant afford a retrim
