imi
Your right jake, I am a Yank, I honestly do not know any other Americans who like cricket either. I would rather watch grass grow in the winter time. Was in NY a couple of weeks ago, went to a Batting cage to give it a go. stepped into the medium-fast cage - 65mph....piece of piss, smashed the ball so hard our ears started ringing..... went into the 85mph cage, now that was more like it, nevertheless, piece of piss compared to cricket....so flippin easy......anyone can do it....... ooh I see why its popular in the US.... England - amazing accomplishment.....great team spirit, I was amazed at how they all battled against mcgrath, warne and lee, eventually smashing them all over the park....really breathtaking stuff. Shame that the games now going to Sky..........

Gamer
At least baseball is over in about 4 hours play, not 5 days. Also no need to pan the crowd for entertainment, there is plenty on the field where it belongs. Like I want to see a bunch of toffs dressed up in their mothers clothes. You won't see any players in baseball wearing woolly pullovers either they actually move around enough with the game play involved. Saying that I am not a big fan of baseball either but at least it is over pretty quick.
Nick
Like I want to see a bunch of nancys in skin tight trousers ! The best thing about cricket, for a spectator, is lazing around all day getting pissed
