Uprated stock mount intercoolers

They are successfully run by several here at over 600BHP, including serious track usage. Advantages are you can keep the active spoiler, no changes to pipework (total plug and play fit), doesn't mask the water cooling rad or the A/C rad, and is fully ducted. The latter is something I cannot stress the importance of enough. Without full ducting from a high pressure region, forcing all front aperture through *ALL* of the core, into a low pressure region, a heat exchanger will be inefficient. I see so many huge front mount intercoolers where a third or more of the core isn't even receiving air flow as it's outside the aperture of the hole in the bumper, and 99% have no ducting, so air just takes the easy route and goes *around* the core.

Price £798 plus VAT and shipping. UK shipping is £12.80 plus VAT. Outside the UK I need to quote individually. Lead time about 3 to 4 weeks. F1 / aerospace build quality, in high grade materials that have proven to be superior, corrosion wise, to the OE cooler. The core is modern, with internal finning, and is custom brazed in a single unit to get the same thickness as the unusually fat Toyota unit.

I won't go on, many here have used these, as well as in Australia and America.

I need a minimum of THREE deposits to make the price viable. if you are desperate for one and no one else seems interested, e-mail me and I will try and persuade them to quote on a single unit. It would be dearer though.

Please reply here, as well as by direct e-mail if you are interested, no PM's please, too hard to collate them in one place! [email protected] Thanks!

I am hoping these will ship to me at the end of next week, the fabricators are pulled out with race season work, and my relatively paltry order doesn't get them overly salivating. The cores are back from vacuum brazing though, which is the thing that takes longest, just awaiting getting the tanks cut, moulded and welded to the cores, and the pressure testing.

Right, they are here and re-packed individually, with great care and large amounts of tape ;)

As these are expensive please send me your full name and address as to where they are to go to, so there are no misunderstandings!! If I get this info in time they will go off tomorrow and SHOULD be with you on Wednesday, or Thursday, by DPD insured courier. Please let me know when they land, thanks. Please send address info to me at:

Thanks for your custom.
