j_jza80
Just seen this article pop up, and thought it would interest a few of you. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/fugu-z-sung-kangs-fast-and-furious-datsun-240z/#slide-3786145 With the exception of the overly large arch extensions, I wouldn't change a thing. Even the engine, somewhat unusual in being a normally aspirated RB26 , is exactly what I wanted. (Only available in that form in certain Autech R32 Skylines, the famous Rocky Auto in Japan snap up as many of these as they can and stick the engines in Hakosukas and Z's) I can only imagine how much fun this is to drive. The sound of that ITB and tubular manifold equipped NA RB must be spectacular. Just stunning

j_jza80
Speedhunters have just featured a Z that I think manages to be even nicer than the above one http://www.speedhunters.com/2016/02/os-giken-power-americas-exotic-240z/

Kendo11
That's absolutely incredible. 240Z is right up in my top 5 dream cars. Enquired about on with JM last year but the prices are pretty high. Rightly so, but out of my range
j_jza80
So did I, it would have been £25k plus for one My next project will either be one of these of a V8 RX7. I'll need to find somewhere to keep it and the Supra though
Fitz
Always liked the 240z, ever since I saw it in 'Wangan Midnight'
mc92
I'd love an old Z. They're far too expensive here at the moment though. There's a company in the UK which makes brand new fibreglass reproduction shells for a few thousand, I think if I was doing a proper build I'd get one of those instead of chopping up a classic.
