kevin smith
Hi all can someone tell me how to remove the head rests please. I have tried pushing and pulling the little plastic bit on the side but it won't move. Thanks Kevin. Scott
The button is hidden on the top of the shoulder of the seat. It's under the leather, you need to press around to find it.

Scott
You need to push really hard in the centre of the shoulder just next to where that clip is. You should feel a tiny bit of a hollow. The button is on the outside of the seat (passenger right hand side as you face it, drivers left hand side as you face it).

herbiemercman
I struggled with this when i changed my cloth seat covers for leather, the link on the "how to do the job" was misleading as it showed the head rest release button from the inside of the seat when it was completely stripped down, this was not correct, the button is as per the photo allready posted, but you need a good screw driver to press the button hard as you prize the headrest up, a very bad design. pedrosixfour
What a total arse of a design!! There's a button on both sides of the frame that need to be pressed while pulling on the headrest.
