David P
Does it have any antifreeze in it?
Scooter
check your crank pulley and alternator pulley. Remove fan belt to do this thoroughly.
Dnk
As said does it have correct mix of antifreeze, if not and it froze the waterpump possibly wouldn't move hence the aux belt would get rather hot on the non rotating water pump pulley then smell burning rubber and no heating etc etc

The Raven
i think it might be an antifreeze issue
