Stonkin Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 As Peter said above, get a bit more of it removed first so its not as thick and allow the product to get into it, the cold weather wont help with removal at the mo, perhaps gently warm it up a little if you can (heat gun / hair dryer) The tardis mentioned is great and will soon dissolve that.
