johnny g
Syvecs + Toucan, if price is no object.
Tsia
Got Defis myself, the quality is a bit questionable for the price, so if you can get a used set they're pretty good. The control box is a nice feature, being able to do a pull and record/replay the gauges can be useful sometimes. They look the part, too. j_jza80
Defi gauges are lower end mainstream. If you want the best, then buy STACK Demon Tweeks sell the full range. They fo a pretty trick professional range oil pressure gauge, that can activate an alarm or control a relay if oil pressure goes out of the pre defined points However, STACK gauges are expensive. jza800
Ok i have prosport evo gauges now, but they have 0.5 bar misreading, so what a gauge set, that dont have so much misreadings..

Some of their gauges are really good, so it's odd to hear that. My old MR2 had them, I plumbed in a Defi and had my Blitz boost controller - the Prosport was perfectly matched with the controllers readout. Yes i had that impression too, but had a manual oil pressure gauge on too, and could see that there was 0.5 bar in diffence

Chris Wilson
GEMS CD24 colour display. You did say cost no object.... Perfectly readable in direct sunlight. Simply the best display panel on the commercial car market. http://shop.rdt.tv/index.php?app=gbu0&ns=prodshow&ref=GEMS_DISPLAY_CD24&sid=e4ya99z6z69w9g4z7dfv86718hx8875q At the other end of the spectrum are those simply dire DEFI things. But to be honest you are FAR better with analogue gauges IMHO.

Chris Wilson
You need to have neither, in fact international motorsport regulations prohibit it. You can buy off the shelf gizmos that act as a barrier to no fuel or hot oil can escape in the car if a line is damaged or comes loose. One example: https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/fuel-pressure-gauge-isolator-rta700?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=ShoppingUK&utm_campaign=ShoppingUK&vat=on¤cy=GBP&gclid=CPCo_aX8n8oCFQcYwwodjlQCXg

Chris Wilson
No, the volume of cold clean oil that will come out is the displacement volume of the chamber, about 3cc. There's a sealed diaphragm in the chamber. The chamber stays in the engine bay.

jza800
I have looked on depo 4 in 1 gauge/ multi d/a gauges as i dont like the oil pressure sensor that are on all other gauges, the one on the depo are smaller and with a wirring attach on the sensor so belive that they are better, as the defi greddy uses them too..
