supra steveo
cool thats even cheaper than the 1 i just bought but dont i need a AGP one instead of a PCI card???
Bobbeh
You can run either. AGP is better than PCI, but the new PCI Express technology is even faster now. But I doubt your pc's motherboard will support the PCI Express stuff. That card will go in your brown slot (oo err), and replace the one you have, you will need to remove the one thats already in there Whoever told you need 2 graphics cards? supra steveo
hang on they do a 5200 but with 256MB

supra steveo
and it will still fit even though it is a PCI
supra steveo
right then so what is the name of the AGP card i need to get i will need the full spec to
Bobbeh
a PCI card wont work in an APG slot. Its the chipset that you need to process the graphics, then the memory to store all sorts, you'll still need a 5700+, a 5200 wont cut it even if its 256 meg. GeordieSteve
Best way it try it... it'll either obviously fit or obviously wont. PCI and AGP are completely different sizes (sorry if this has already been said... not read the full post)

supra steveo
ISA ????? I am trying to get my head round PCI and AGP for the moment
dangerous brain
forget ISA I don't think your system or wallet will take it. Look for a simple cheapish 256mb AGP card. Gainward are a reasonable make Nvidia are a pretty solid chipset with robust drivers and few issues.
