Alright buddy? Obviously I don't have a turbo... yet, but I have seen quite a few engine bays lol. To me the two connections to the intercooler look the wrong way round. The best route would probably be to disconnect the pipe connected to your engine inlet and connect that to the pipe currently attached to your turbos cold-side outlet via a 90 degree pipe. Once you have spun the turbo cold side round to point straight down that should give you enough clearance from your bonnet for the pipe to pass through. Then connect the other end of your intercooler (closest side to the radiator) to the turbo cold-side outlet which will be pointing down. I hope that is of some help to you.

Whifbitz have an NA-T side mount on their site that is pictured with the pipework it uses, maybe that'll give you some sort of idea?

Every one I've seen has the turbo side facing downward with a 90 bend on it, makes its way forward towards the radiator and then tucks into the wing. The throttle body side comes across the top of the bay and down from the top of the wing

Thanks Style. Am i right in thinking there is a whole in the wing for top pipe. But what about the bottom pipe. Do i need to cut a fresh hole or is that already done.

I'm running a front mount so not sure about the bottom feed but the top has at least one you can use. One is facing downward and one goes into the side of the wing if you know what I mean. They're pretty close to one another. I don't think the NA and TT shells are any different so it'll probably be the stock TT side mount holes that are there.

My 3" pipework was a squeeze though. Will be much easier if you have 2.5" pipework.

Thanks again. I shall have a look & check the pipe size. I have got a front mount intercooler, but after hearing about the difference between the two , i was told you need the pipe work as short as possible with less joins. Also Chris Wilson & Wifbitz do a uprated side mount if i want to up the power.

What radiator have you currently got? If its stock, it might be worth sticking with the side mount otherwise you may end up with oil and water temperature problems. Also would be best to minimise the number of bends in your intercooler pipework too, if possible.
