Door & Bonnet removal?

As title, how easy is it to remove the doors and the bonnet?

Is it pretty self explanatory in that there are a couple of bolts here and there and off you go? I'd imagine stock doors with windows weigh quite a bit?

Did a quick search but couldn't find anything :(

It's VERY easy to damage paint and panels removing or refitting boots, bonnets and especially doors, which are pretty heavy and awkward. Putting doors back on is even trickier. Be *SURE* to indelibly mark hinge positions accurately before undoing anything, it can save a lot of time later. Have plenty of room about the car, have a trustworthy helper, and don't do bonnets in 50 MPH winds ;) When you refit the bonnet or door make sure the safety straps or safety catch is refitted and working. Especially the bonnet safety catch...
