Big Mark
Fitted upgraded Anti Roll Bars earlier in the year which came with bushes and brackets and all was initially fine but then the rear started squeaking. So I took off the bushes to grease them up and noticed that powder coating had been rubbed away somewhat. The greasing worked for a while but squeak came back. Every time I grease them the squeak eventually returns. So anyone got a long term solution? I'm thinking of getting the ARB's blasted back to bare metal, re-powder coated and using a drum sander bit on my drill to open out the bushes just a tad. Chris Wilson
Try black molybdenum Disulphide grease (C/V joint grease). Some bush materials are just squeaky. Drill and tap the metal stirrup through into the bush and add a grease nipple so you don't need to remove them, Dremel a narrow and shallow grease groove in the bush ID to distribute the grease. TRD ones came ready done like that. Turn the radio up if too idle to do all that Next time don't buy Whiteline or other crap?
