Axle
Its been a long while since I have ever had any type of custom exhaust made. Anyone know someone who is top notch in the trade? I want something custom for the Supra. The current Back Box is about the only used Item on the car and to be frank I don't like the way it looks. So I fancied something unique. ANy recommendation would be much obliged. Not sure its a job for the Powerflex scorpion lot? Although maybe their stuff is top notch? I'm honestly unsure. EdMorris
What was the damage to your wallet Extensive. As I recall not much change from 3k. I went to a cheaper place, but did have some concerns about their ability. Turned out they couldn't deliver what they said, and also when I took the car back it had overspray from a neighbouring paint shop! That's why I took the hit on the bank balance. Got fed up of numpties working on my car.
Chris Wilson
Pat at Primary Designs is the boss of the Gods in custom work, they do road car work but their real artistry is in primary pipes for high end race engines, from current F1 down. Here's what they did for me for a 1.6 litre turbo 2A-GE race engine in one of my Zeus Sports Prototypes using Inconel. And yes, it cost a lot! They are not a cheap outfit. http://www.gatesgarth.com/4age/primary/primary.html
Axle
Interesting EMP and Primarydesigns did not wish to do it. They stated they cannot mandrel bend 4.5 inch piping. In any case i have gone for a custom backbox and cutting a section of the piping to fit. It was only the backbox i wasnt too keen on anyway.
