a98pmalcolm
My Passenger side side light isn't working. I have tried a working LED. I have Facelift headlights on a Pre-facelift car. Wiring should be ok because it used to work. Any ideas before I start pulling out any wiring? Thanks Paul !Solved! fastcar
If it's just the one I would say it's pointing towards dodgy wiring! Probably where the facelift side light is wired into the pre facelift wiring
JayJay1374
Daft question, have you tried the led in the socket both ways?
a98pmalcolm
Daft question, have you tried the led in the socket both ways? Yes mate both ways around. Not sure were the dodgy wiring would be. re soldered it all to make sure it would be good for when i put the headlight nack in xx

Probably where the facelift side light is wired into the pre facelift wiring I agree, most certainly a bad connection. From memory they are on a separate fuse from the drivers side fuse box and energise a relay to allow the dipped beams to work. I presume these are working ok? a98pmalcolm
Yep was a split wire issue. All sorted now The split wire All soldered up and used head shrink to seal Both side lights now work
