hogmaw
A few months ago I sold £40 of records to a customer in the US. Packed them up, shipped them off, no problem. Soon after he sent me an email saying he'd made a mistake as he'd provided his old address. Needless to say, he hasn't received them nor have they been returned. So he puts in a Paypal claim saying 'Non Receipt'. I rang Paypal today stating what had happened, and sent them proof of postage and the email thread where the customer told me he had provided the wrong address. Guess whose side Paypal is on. Pete
I thought so long as you delivered to his PayPal registered address you should be protected?
hogmaw
Paypal protects buyers, not sellers. The whole sorry tale reminds me of THIS
David P
I thought so long as you delivered to his PayPal registered address you should be protected? I had the exact same issue selling an item to a member on here, sent paypal a copy of his registered paypal address and won the claim. ripped_fear
What an absolute joke, surely if you can prove the above then where the hell is the issue. 100% buyers fault and they should have to bite the bullet. Paypal has got worse as the years have gone on imo, I have just had to submit a shed load of information to them today as they are concerned I may be money laundering, all due to having a high amount of money coming in and out the account for the last 12 months. They dont understand building supras costs money!
