LED tail lights. Rear bulb warning dash light?

Hi guys,

 

Just had some new led tail lights fitted. I have one resistor fitted behind the lights themselves, but no resistor was fitted behind the dash where the fogs are connected to a separate switch.

 

The dash is now constantly displaying a bulb warning for the rear lights.

 

Would the missing second resistor be the cause of my bulb warning light?

 

Or is this related to another issue?

 

Any help and advise on this would be appreciated.
