Hi

I have had my A/c apart to change my A/C compressor, after that i bourgt a gauge set and vaccum pump so i could put vacuum to the system, but after 30min of vacuum and i close the handles on the gauge set and turn off the vacuum pump, the system cant hold vacuum, it drop to 0 after about 20 to 30 sec... then i tried to oil all the o-ring on all the connections.. with no luck

Is that normal after the system have been apart and just need to recarge the system with refrigerant???

It's easier to look for leaks under pressure than under vacuum, so do as Dnk suggests and PRESSURISE it with UV dye in the system and look for the leak with a UV lamp. Even a soapy water solution may find what sounds like a big leak. (Applied EXTERNALLY just in case you decide to fill the system with Fairy liquid.....) ;)
