Tommyd16
Just wandering instead of drilling the oil pan can a TT oil pan be used instead?
Supraleeturbo
Yer just use a tt sump mate and get a tt oil pump while you at it
trebor69
They are the same shape and fitment but it's not the lower oil pan that you'd need to replace/drill, it's the upper sump housing where the return goes, it's ally and is the same shape as the bottom of the block. Style
TT oil pump will blow the main crank seal on an NA Iirc. They produce too much pressure. Edited November 24, 2015 by Style (see edit history)
Josh42
TT oil pump will blow the main crank seal on an NA Iirc. They produce too much pressure. I'm using a GTE oil pump, no issues. I just had to install an oil restrictor on the turbo feed
