how_supra
hmmm tough one. I guess it depends on what front bumper you have. But I would say small suits best.
garetheves
On the front i had a Motorbike style one and looked fine to me at the time. Recently bought a very small rectangular one that fits the plate holder perfectly, cost a tenner and IMO looks miles better than the motorbike one. At the time i liked the bike one but wouldnt go back now. Click the link in my sig, i think there are a few pics withthe old one and one with the new one. See what you think but id go for a small rectangular one.

lpher
If youre using the stock bumper i definately think the German-spec plateholder looks the best

terribleturner
**Hijack** Hell yeah baby!!!! Pictures The legal side of not having the plate i'm not 100% sure on. I've had it missing now for about 2/3 months and i've only been talked to once and that was the day after doing it. I have a brand new front plate in the car with me and the brackets and i'll explain that i need to get a drill bit for drill which i only found missing today Think they can give me a fine of £30 if they want
John_M
whats the law on going naked james? cause obviously it helps with the old speed cameras?????Looks great but is illegal! £30 fine if stopped and possibly a correction order (or whatever they are called). @lpher, think she's too big for that booster cushion now! Homer
No plate is illegal but at least you can't get any points for it! The rectification notices are not a problem and managed to avoid fines so far James:

monkey3
does anyone know of anywhere in the dartford kent area where I could get some "show plates". I know Halfords wont do it for me because "we can only do legal number plates... :blahblah:" I only want a little logo
terribleturner
There's loads of internet places that are quite good. I would recommend fancy plates but they took 3/4 weeks 4plates.co.uk are based in Ireland but they were like 4 days and the plates were perfect.
