Michelins PS4's just arrived and are currently being fitted, got a fair list of bits still to do, but things should move quickly once the last bits arrive. Please have a look at the menu for Friday night's dinner at the Taigh Ailean hotel at 8.00 for 8.30pm. The hotel have asked if we can pre-order to help their small kitchen cope with a large party.
