Supra rear brakes locking up!

I have 1994 Automatic Mk.4 Toyota Supra 3.0l non-turbo. I've only had it a few months and after spending some money on it i have now got in perfect running order (according to a number of local mechanics!)! Infact, it had its MOT today and the only thing that was picked up was a faulty bulb in the headlight which has now been replaced! It has been serviced, tested, passed the MOT, had a full set of refurbished callipers and brand new brake pads on every wheel in the last 4 weeks and still there is something that is bothering me!!

This may just be something with automatics (as this is the first one ive owned) but if im driving down hill for example and i take my foot of the gas, the car automatically starts braking at the rear. its so frustrating as it feels like the car is on a rope and if i release the gas just a fraction it feels like it is being pulled back! I didn't want to mention anything at the garage as i wanted to see if they picked it on the MOT first, but obviously not.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Does it happen to you? What can I do to fix it?

Thank you!

Try what Chris Wilson said, i had a similar problem on my mk4 it is a manual box, what was happening was the rear rubber flexi brake lines had delaminated inside and this holds the rear brakes on as the loose rubber acts like a non return valve. The MOT will not pick this up if the brakes are reaching the minimum readings on braking.
