Max5437
Just a thank you for the people who helped on the initial thread (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?326454-Anybody-owned-a-Celica-GT4-(ST205)) and those who helped when i had an issue on the way home (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?327709-Please-help ) Appreciate the help on both threads and the input on the first one definitely helped when going to look at the one i bought so here she is 1994 Celica GT4 86K miles, engine is stock except the BOV, has had the superstrut suspension replaced fully 8K miles ago along with a folder of other bills. currently stripped with two bucket seats and harnesses but have the full interior in mint condition in the garage. Just put 4 brand new tires on and replaced all the disks and pads, plans will be to retrim and put the interior back in (bar the seats), sort out the sound system and maybe in the summer decat and boost controller to raise the boost but its more than adequate for now, there is bodywork needed but for now its polished up well enough so can focus on the mechanical side of things first
Dim Sum
Nice looking forward to seeing this around But I am pretty sure I seen this parked up on Monday in Hadleigh somewhere, but hey welcome to the turbo club I know its up to peoples preferences, I don't like the rising sun on the bonnet but other than that, looks like a good buy. Well I dugged myself a hole lol I am hoping if this Sunday is good I would like to take out a few more times before I strip it down to rebuild the internals of the engine and then go for another remap. Well that's my plan for February. We should do a local meet down at Southend at one point
Max5437
its all personal preference at the end of the day, if we were all the same it would be boring wouldn't it, ill be sure to keep and eye out on Sunday, would still be great to take you up on your offer of a ride in it at some point when you are free, and I remember you saying about the rebuild, will definitely be keeping an eye on your thread about it. A Southend meet would be great, id be up for that for sure
Josh42
Good choice. We're just looking for a nice WRC for the other half to buy, as she's currently got a gen7. Finding it difficult to find a nice one to be honest.

I had given up looking and was going to save up for a tt conversion and then this popped up on a random search, incredibly cheap too, is there a particular reason you want a WRC model? Where did you find it mate? For the rarity, the intercooler spray bar, anti lag etc. She also preferably wants either red, or white, facelift....so not fussy:eyes:
Max5437
I found it on piston heads mate, i can understand that but its not like any of it actually works? also i was under the impression that all WRC models were 94's which makes them all prefacelift? though i may be wrong. they do come up occasionally at a steal, guess its just a waiting game the same with supras
