krisgowing
Having a bit of trouble with my current audio set up. Struggling to get my Amp working again and checking where is wired where as it seems to be a bit of a mess. Just wondered if any Supra owners around Norwich are ever about to lend a hand as tbh I'm a bit of a rookie at the moment. I've done some wiring before but usually have to end up going somewhere to get it done as I've had enough haha! Housemate is an electrician but is offshore so doesn't know to much about ICE. Thanks guys
Scott
Is it the amp power you're having trouble with or the amp output? Power is just 3 wires, 12v+ (vBatt), 0v (Gnd) and 12v+SW(Ignition live). Should be an easy place to start
krisgowing
It's the wiring behind the headunit that's a mess as well. The amp has it's orange light on at the min and the sub is almost beating , So assume it's going into safe mode. It blew fuse in the amp but not the one in the engine bay. Struggling to workout where the fault is I've checked all my leads. Note: this is after a new starter motor so disconnected battery during this!
