They really do make you wonder

 

I've just checked the mot history on a Supercharged Range Rover I was looking at.

 

Last mot ran out in June but has just been mot'd, it failed and then re tested and passed but with advisories

 

Its advertised with good condition tyres lmao and looks like the handbrake has been bodged to get it through

the test

For sure but this looks like its been clocked 3 times unless i'm reading it wrong

 

with cases like this where it is most likely that the car has been clocked - if it is a trade sales, what is their responsibility? can they be fined for selling a car that has been clocked?

Clocking seems to be extremely common.

 

Look at all the Supras - 20 yrs on they still show up with the magical 60K on the clock.....

 

Finally, someone as cynical as me!

 

Its not illegal to alter mileages, but it is illegal to do it to gain money on the sale. Something like that.
