I'm waiting to hear from them by tomorrow. If I haven't, I'll be passing it to my solicitor to recover the costs directly from the company that caused the damage. Including the man hours of me on the phone, running around getting quotes and my phone bill. Getting the hump now. Glad yours is getting sorted!
