raddys
Quick question guys, I have a na5 and I hate the look of the big air intake that runs straight across the engine bay, I also imagine it weighs alot too, so my question is, one day I plan to turbo it but I was thinking can i remove all of the intake that goes up and over and just replace it with a simply alloy intake that is used for na-t and stick a TT and a filter straight on it, so that it doesn't run across the top of the engine and the filter sits infront of the passanger as oppose to infront of the driver? Any help appreciated

j_jza80
I don't think there's room for an air filter at the other side of the bay. Plus, they big intake system serves an important purpose.
FOSTA
The TT plenum is not very efficient on a na fella. The na inlet is designed to make the best out of the high compression a engine.
