jza800
I had a a/c porblem in my car, about 4 month ago i got my a/c system filled up, but now i dosent work again, it looses pressure on the system so the a/c pump dont start, i could see the A/C pump was leaking, så got a replacement, so i want to make sure that system could hold vacuum, so i did now that my A/C system not was leaking again.. BUT I have bourgt A/C vacuum manifold set and a vaccum pump, so i could test if my a/c system not are leaking before i go to shop to fill it up again, but as soon as i close the handle on the manifold set, the vaccum drops, and go to 0 less that 30 after i close the handle.. so i took the connection off the lowside and closed the handle on this one, start the vacuum pump and open the handle so i could get vaccum on the manifold set, then closed the handle again, and again the needle on the gauge did go to 0 again.. Is that normal, that the gauge cant hold vaccum pressure when disconnectet from the /C lines?? or do i have a defekt gauge set???
