The blues will pass once winters over mate. As always, great attention to detail, which reminds me, I must get around to getting some new buttons myself. Keep the up-dates coming Jake.

Thanks mate. Hope so. Shows have become more of an obligation than a joy since I got sponsored. Still good fun but now I have to go, it's almost like they have lost somthing. Also haven't had my normal partner in crime to go for a hoon with, so think that has somthing to do with it. I considered this year jacking all shows and just drive it for fun when I want, but have decided to give it another year to see how I feel.

If your buying some dude get on it now, prices have gone up again and I'm sure it's only going to get worse.

Like I've said to you before mate, get it on Dragonball! Beating the hell out of it across Europe and back is by far the best thing I do with the car twice a year! Most drives inbetween seem a little boring in comparison, and I gave up going to shows years ago now, they bore the hell out of me.

I'm missing dragonball down to funds mate that's the only reason. We are trying to buy a house so priorities this year have shifted. Should be back on it next year. I have had to organise a ukroad trip as a consolation lol.

I still enjoy my shows but now they a have more of a purpose there just not quite the same lol.

A small update, James has got started on the LED conversion, great job he has done too, looking brilliant and the back of the board doesn't even look as though it has been altered from OEM. Very happy.

My HKS RS hard pipe arrived too, and it needs allot more polishing than I thought, going to clean it up and decide what to do with it, either fit or sell.

There's a good polisher in Fareham, 2 mins from me.

Cheers mate may consider that. I did however buy all the kit to mirror Polish at the nec when I came with the silver car, and have never used it so fancy a go first. If I'm not happy with the finish though that could be useful cheers.

So another small update but another piece of the puzzle. Got a mate over at a small independent sticker company (Vectis vinyl) who did my old decals for the wheels, to re-do them slightly differently this time ready for the repaint whenever I get around to splitting them. Just need to get the hardware from ibrar when I get chance to pull a stud then I'm good to go.

Also had some stickers done for another project..

Today was my day off and I didnt have time to tackle any massive jobs so spent a few hours polishing the HKS RS pipe back up, must say im very happy. Still undecided weather to sell it on or keep (will probably fit it).

Some pictures, first I used 100 grit sandpaper on a hand sander and a dremel with 100 grit drum sanders to get the horrible deep scratches and wear marks out of it. Them I slowly stepped up the grades to a wet and dry 1200. Finished with 3 stages of 3m compounds and a last stage of Kleers metal polish both on the machine, dremmel for the fiddly corners and by hand.

All the marks are removed and its looking a lot better.

So today was a massive cock up! I decided to start fitting my spare 3" pipe kit a job i had been putting off and for good reason.

All was going far to well and once everything was stripped down I wasn't happy with the new pipe kit fitment, it would mean trimming my nice SRD aluminium under tray so have decided not to fit it.

This is now forcing my hand as I've just decided to order a full new FMIC kit that future proofs the car for single as well. Looks like I'm going with a nice 4" Wifibitz kit just finalising it now. At least this way something good comes out of a bad situation and its good for up to 800bhp so well within my final goal.

Also in my frustration and haste to try get the old kit, I undid the wrong bolt when I wasn't paying attention, and kindly degassed the AC rad, made me jump that''s for sure!:taped: So shes booked in next Wednesday at a mates for a re gassing ready for summer.

However end on a positive at least I should have a nice new kit on the way and I have also fitted my front bumper foam after some modifying with the dremel to clear my number plate bracket, and fitted newly powder coated crash bar.

Shes now looking very sorry for herself sat in the garage waiting to be further torn down on saturday when we do the valve stem seals!

Really beginning to be over working on cars, I just want to drive it and enjoy it these days
